What's in your meat?
Have you ever wondered what chemicals are allowed in commodity meat? Check out the USDA list of 'safe and suitable' substances for meat and poultry. Additionally, next week CBS Evening News will run two spots on antibiotic use in livestock production. I'll try to post the video here after it airs.
